Typical programmes usually last 5 days and all successful candidates will go through to an interview with a member of our recruitment team. Suitability for your business and the job roles available will be assessed throughout the course of the programme and at the end we will provide you with a bank of shortlisted candidates we feel are right for your business.

As unemployment remains high, getting people ‘work ready’ by providing them with the skills they need has never been more important. Government funding to cover the cost of training is Available where candidates are eligible.
Candidates are eligible if they:
- Are aged 19 or above*
- Are curently unemployed
- Are claiming benefits (ESA, JSA, Univeral credit)
- Are a resident of the EEA (European economic area)
- Haven’t already completed a qualification in the same sector
* candidates have to be 19 at the start of the funding year.

First of all we will work with you to map your whole provision, tailoring learning programmes to meet your employability needs.
Once we know what you are looking for, we can advertise for the vacancies and invite applicants to take part in our tailored pre-employment programme.
Suitability for your business and the job roles available will be assessed throughout the course of the programme and at the end we will provide you with a bank of shortlisted candidates we feel are right for your business.
